What you can expect from VRAISOI, and what it expects from you.
Who this is between
These terms are between you and [ENTITY NAME], registered in [JURISDICTION], which operates VRAISOI. Using the service means you accept them, and signing up asks you to say so.
Your account
You need an account to save anything. You can look around without one. Keep your login details to yourself, because anything done with your account is treated as done by you. You must be at least 13 to have one.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. It can be suspended or closed if it is used to break these terms, and you will be told why.
What VRAISOI is, legally
VRAISOI is not a shop. It does not sell garments, take payment for them, hold stock, ship anything or handle returns. When you buy something you saw here, that purchase is between you and the retailer, under their terms.
What it costs
Nothing. VRAISOI is free, and nothing in it asks for a card. If a paid plan is ever offered, it will be optional, its price will be shown in full before you agree to it, and these terms will say how cancelling and refunds work before anybody is charged.
Prices, availability and accuracy
Prices, stock, shipping and returns all come from retailers, and each is recorded with the time it was checked. They can change at any moment, and the retailer’s own page is always the authority. Where something has not been verified, VRAISOI says so.
No link in VRAISOI earns a commission today. If one ever does, that will be said beside it, and it will never change what you are shown or the order you are shown it in.
While VRAISOI is being built, some shops, pieces, prices and dates in it are examples rather than real listings. Those are labelled as examples wherever they appear.
What you give VRAISOI
Images and text you add stay yours. You give VRAISOI permission to store and process them to run the service for you, and for nothing else. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use.
Fair use of the service
Do not scrape it, attack it, try to reach other people’s data, or resell what it produces as your own service. It is built for ordinary personal use.
What is not promised
VRAISOI is offered as it is. Style is interpretation, not fact: what the service notices about you is a reading, not a verdict, and acting on it is your decision. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited as set out in [LIABILITY TERMS].
Changes and disputes
These terms can change; the date at the top changes with them, and we write to the email address on your account before anything material takes effect. Disputes are governed by the law of [GOVERNING LAW] and handled as described in [DISPUTE PROCESS].
